Shipping Policy
We take extra effort and use extra packaging to ensure that your shipments arrive safely. There is a per item charge for standard and common carrier delivery within the United States. All items are quoted on a location basis. This is to ensure the lowest rate for every customer. 2nd day and overnight deliveries may be available, depending on stock status.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or locations outside the United States are not available at this time.


Charge Policy
Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with the manufacturers on your behalf. Once we order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must pay a restocking fee.

Sales Tax & Other Charges
Our studio only collects sales tax for orders shipped to MN State. Any orders shipped to any other location other than MN State are not subject to sales tax. There is a $19.95 service charge for picking up local orders.

Returns
To return any products you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days of the invoice date. All items must be in “as new” condition, in original packaging, with all warranty cards, manuals and any accessories. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer on the original delivery and not claimed within 48 hours of receipt. If a customer signs for a delivery clear and does not note any damage, then it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the freight company to recoup the damages. Bathandkitchen studio cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are reported more than 48 hours after receipt of material. Defective products can only be exchanged for the same item. Special orders cannot be returned. All non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Installed product cannot be returned for credit.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. If an item has been shipped, than our terms under the Return policy take will take effect.

Manufacturer Warranty Protection
The bathandkitchen studio sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products come with a manufacturer comprehensive warranty. The bathandkitchen studio and the manufacturer is not liable for any damage incurred by either installation, improper maintenance, alterations, misuse, accidents or shipping, whether caused by a contractor, service company, owner or any other person. All labor and installation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot be responsible for shipping or manufacturing delays. The bathandkitchen studio strives to make sure every order goes out without any damage to the product. Please inspect the complete order when it arrives. If you have visible damage you will need to make a claim with the carrier.
